Crafted with a light grey color and a traditional style, this manual operation millstone is made of high-quality materials, including granite, wood, and 304 stainless steel. The product undergoes a round carving and water-grinding process, ensuring high hardness, wear resistance, and a smooth, rounded finish.

The millstone features a rotating plate size of 2012cm/7.874.72in and a chassis diameter of 30cm/11.81in. With a gross weight of 19kg/41.89 lbs and a net weight of 18kg/39.68 lbs, the package size is 493439 cm/19.2913.3915.35 in. The package includes the millstone, a filter bag, and a brush.

It's important to note that this product does not come with a wooden frame. When moving the millstone, exercise caution as it is quite heavy. Consider using a tool cart to avoid injury. Before use, thoroughly clean the cutting hole and core hole. This product is best suited for grinding rice that has been soaked in water for at least 6 hours. Add the water and rice with a spoon, and remember to turn the millstone counterclockwise. Avoid consuming the first ground rice pulp (known as "kaimo" in Chinese).

This millstone is not recommended for grinding excessively hard materials. Oily grains require the addition of water to achieve optimal grinding results. For a better grinding effect, you can grind the ingredients a few times or soak the beans in advance. When operating the grinder, turn the grinding disc counterclockwise.
