To use the mill, simply assemble it by attaching the handle and base securely, select the milling disc required, and fill it with your desired ingredients. Place a bowl underneath, then turn the handle clockwise until all of the ingredients have been processed through it, leaving behind seeds and skins. Use a spoon or spatula to remove any remaining bits from the inside before disassembling for cleaning and storage.
